In a powerful demonstration of unity and faith, Kenyan soldiers serving in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have shown that their commitment extends beyond the battlefield.
On November 13th, 2025, a special event took place at Masjid Riyaadha in Beni Town. Kenyan Quick Reaction Force 4 (KENQRF 4), part of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission (MONUSCO), made an extraordinary donation to the local mosque, showcasing their dedication to community engagement and religious support.

"Islam teaches us that compassion and brotherhood are our guiding lights. By instilling these principles in our youth, we ensure the longevity of our faith and the strength of our society," Mohammad explained.
The mosque leadership and local community were deeply grateful for the donation, recognizing that it would not only complete the mosque but also improve the overall well-being of the congregation and the wider neighborhood.
